Equal opportunity is a screening discipline here, not a paragraph in a footer.
Our commitment
Neural Bridge Solutions is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants and employees without regard to race, colour, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, citizenship status, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
This applies to every employment decision we influence: sourcing, screening, submittal, interview coordination, offer, placement, compensation, training, promotion, discipline and termination.
How we apply it
- Screening criteria are defined from the requisition before sourcing begins, and applied identically to every candidate on that requisition.
- Technical screens follow the same structure and the same questions for all candidates for a given role.
- Submittal notes record evidence against the stated criteria, not impressions.
- We do not accept or act on client instructions that would exclude candidates on a protected basis.
Pay transparency
We will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
Reasonable accommodation
If you need a reasonable accommodation to complete an application, take part in an interview, or perform the essential functions of a role, tell us. Email contact@neuralbridgestaffing.com or call +1 (945) 216-4150. Requests are handled confidentially and separately from the hiring decision.
Raising a concern
If you believe you have experienced discrimination in connection with a role we handled, contact us at the address above. You may also contact the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
