Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of this website. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Separate written agreements govern any staffing services we provide; where those conflict with these terms, the written agreement prevails.
2. Use of the site
You may browse the site and submit enquiries or applications for your own genuine purposes. You may not scrape, harvest or bulk-download content, submit false information, upload malicious files, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages.
3. Accounts
If you create a candidate portal account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.
4. Submissions
When you submit a resume or an enquiry you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Handling of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Job listings
Listings are provided in good faith and can change or close without notice. Rates and salary ranges shown are indicative, depend on experience and client budget, and do not constitute an offer.
6. Intellectual property
The site design, text, graphics and logo are owned by Neural Bridge or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce them without written permission, other than incidental copying to view the site.
7. Third-party links and services
We link to third-party sites and use third-party services for forms, analytics and authentication. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This follows the head-office address in section 10 — if you incorporate or operate elsewhere, change it, and confirm with your counsel before launch.
