1. Who we are
Neural Bridge Solutions LLC (“Neural Bridge”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@neuralbridgestaffing.com or 5473 Blair Rd, Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75213.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to match people to roles and to run the business:
- Candidate data — name, email, phone, location, work authorisation status, résumé contents, employment history, skills, rate or salary expectations and any notes you send us.
- Account data — if you create a candidate portal account, your email address, a securely hashed password, and the display name you choose. We never see or store your password itself.
- Client contact data — name, company, work email, phone and the details of the requisitions you send us.
- Website data — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type. This is collected only if you accept analytics cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To assess your suitability for open roles and to present you to clients, with your knowledge.
- To contact you about roles, applications and engagements.
- To operate your portal account and keep it secure.
- To meet legal obligations including right-to-work verification, tax reporting and equal-opportunity record keeping.
- To measure how the website is used, so we can improve it.
Our lawful bases are your consent (marketing and analytics), performance of a contract (placements and engagements), our legitimate interests (running a recruitment business) and legal obligation (employment and tax law).
4. Who we share it with
We share candidate details with prospective employers only where you have agreed to be submitted to that specific role. We also use service providers for authentication, applicant tracking, email, background screening, payroll and website hosting. We do not sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Candidate records are retained for 24 months after our last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised. Payroll and tax records are retained for the period the law requires. This retention period is a common industry default, not legal advice — confirm it with your counsel, and note that some state privacy statutes and client contracts will impose a shorter one.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. Californian residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what is collected and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
To make a request, email contact@neuralbridgestaffing.com. We respond within the statutory deadline and will not charge you for a first request.
7. Cookies
The site sets no analytics cookies until you accept them in the banner. Declining leaves only the strictly necessary storage that remembers your choice, your light or dark theme preference, and — if you are signed in — your session. You can clear all of it from your browser settings at any time.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and held with providers offering encryption at rest and access controls. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes by our authentication provider. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data and the law requires it, we will notify you and the relevant regulator.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top.
10. Contact
